Penite Electrical – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your pin code.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹____ (you can set this, e.g., ₹999)
  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, calculated at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Orders placed via COD may be verified before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier issues
  • Natural disruptions

In such cases, our team will keep you informed.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution
