Penite Electrical – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • Installed or used electrical products
  • Physical damage due to misuse
  • Orders without original packaging
  • Bulk/B2B orders (unless defective)

2. Refund Process ✅ 

Once your return is approved:

  1. Product is picked up / shipped back
  2. It undergoes a quality inspection
  3. Refund is initiated after approval

Timeline

  • Inspection: 2–3 days after receiving product
  • Refund: 5–7 business days

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Original payment method
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer / UPI (details required)

3. Cancellation Process ✅ 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

How to Cancel

  • Contact via WhatsApp / Email with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Processed within 3–5 business days

4. Missing / Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • Missing items
  • Wrong product

👉 Report within 48 hours of delivery

Required Proof

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
  • Photos of package and contents

Resolution

  • Replacement sent free of cost OR
  • Full/partial refund issued

5. Refund & Return Conditions ✅ 

  • Return is subject to verification and approval
  • Refund/replacement is processed only after QC check
  • Reverse pickup depends on serviceability of your location
  • In some cases, customer may need to self-ship the product

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is preferred over refund (if stock available)
  • Processed within 3–5 business days after approval

7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a COD order is refused or not accepted:
    • Order will be marked as RTO
    • Future COD orders may be restricted
    • Prepaid orders may be required going forward

8. Important Notes

  • Electrical products must be installed by a qualified electrician
  • Minor color/design variation is not considered a defect
  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected
