Penite Electrical – Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact
⚠️ Products damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or wear & tear are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed electrical switches/products
- Items without original packaging
- Bulk/B2B orders (unless damaged or defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 48 hours
- Share:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Photos/videos of the product
- Our team will verify and approve the request
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you with return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product
- Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval
Refund Modes:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer / UPI
5. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability
- Replacement is processed within 3–5 business days after approval
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Failed Deliveries / RTO
If a COD order is not accepted and returned (RTO):
- Future COD orders may be restricted
- Prepaid option will be required for next orders
8. Important Notes
- Slight variation in product appearance (color/finish) due to lighting or batch differences is not considered a defect
- Ensure proper installation by a qualified electrician
