Return/Refund Policy

Penite Electrical – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact

⚠️ Products damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or wear & tear are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed electrical switches/products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Bulk/B2B orders (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 48 hours
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you with return instructions.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer / UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability
  • Replacement is processed within 3–5 business days after approval

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Failed Deliveries / RTO

If a COD order is not accepted and returned (RTO):

  • Future COD orders may be restricted
  • Prepaid option will be required for next orders

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variation in product appearance (color/finish) due to lighting or batch differences is not considered a defect
  • Ensure proper installation by a qualified electrician
